• The goal of ASL Classes’ energetic teachers is to get you “off the page” and signing confidently in the target language as quickly as possible.

• ASL Classes has affordable 5-week courses taught by the Native Signer.

• At the Brooklyn, these beginner courses provide a non-intimidating environment for you to explore a language for the first time.

What to know

• Classes meet once a week for one to one hour and half for 5 weeks.

• We are textbook free at ASL Classes. You don't need to purchase any book for class! We will email you e-note.

• Plans change. We get it. Please let us know at least 7 days before the start date. No refund or transfers will be granted less than 5 days before a class starts.

What happens if I miss a class?

No need to worry. We are also happy to set up free 30 minutes makeup lesson or 1 hour make up lesson at the super discounted rate of $25/hour (rather than the regular rate of $75/ hour for private lessons). 

Please understand that if you are the only student enrolled in the beginning class, you will be contacted and asked to choose between several options: you can switch your class to a different date that has students enrolled, hold your credit until next cycle, or have your money reimbursed. We are unable to accept just one student in the beginner level classes at this moment. We tend to find out if students have been enrolled in your class or not on the first week of the cycle.
